AutoSite Pharmacophore Generation

This protocol generates a ``Pharmacophore`` object RDKit compatible from a resulting binding site of AutoSite. 

This pharmacophore objects can later be modified or used to filter compatible molecules using pharmacophore Scipion Chem protocols.
